Specialty Crop Farmers - Reminder of March 13th Acreage Reporting Deadline

Specialty crop farmers must submit 2025 crop acreage reports to USDA Farm Service Agency by March 13, 2026 (by 5 p.m. ET) to be eligible for the Assistance for Specialty Crop Farmers (ASCF) Program. Producers who already submitted reports are encouraged to ensure 2025 acreage reports are factual and accurate before the March 13th deadline. ASCF payments are based on reported 2025 planted acres. USDA is expected to announce crop payment rates by late March.
